La
Valletta has 33 beds in comfortable double rooms with private bath,
meeting rooms, a restaurant, a "pizzeria", a bar, a swimming
pool, a tennis court and a midget football field, and a big equipped
park.
La Valletta is the ideal place to pass relaxing
holidays but also for meetings. In fact there is a 100 seats meeting
room with an arched ceiling and a big and ancient fireplace. |

Besides,
there are several sports accomodations that offer interesting
opportunities for sports clubs and business outings.
Franco,
the owner and also an expert gourmet, creates sophisticated menus with
ultra fresh fish like red mullet, tuna fish, bass and crayfish, prepared
following some special recipes or even served raw seasoned with
“extravergine”cold-pressed olive oil produced by the estate’s own
olive trees. |
The dishes are accompanied by strictly biological
vegetables harvested in the farm’s vegetable garden, traditional local
cheeses, cold meats and sausages and a choice of the most sought after
Puglia wines.
At the end of the meal you may taste in addition to the by
now famous "limoncello" (alcoholic lemon beverage) a rare
Puglia grappa produced with local grapes.
From
September to June La Valletta offers dinners, lunches and breakfasts for
those who want to rediscover the taste of good meals. |
